After many, many years of putting off painting my house I finally realized it was time to get the job done. I contacted three painting companies and got estimates.
Vanessa provided the most competitive price, but more importantly she was the only one of the three companies that followed up and asked for the business. I had already felt confident choosing her, as she was recommended by good friends, but her follow up confirmed that she was committed to her work and to customer service.
Once her team started work I was further impressed. I had painted houses to help pay for college (30+ years ago), so I was a highly informed consumer of her services. The level of prep work that her team did astounded me.
They spent days and days prepping the house; all I can say is that their work on this foundational aspect of the job was incredible. A few hurdles arose during the painting, like a leaking gutter and shutters that were too far gone to save but Vanessa stepped in and brought other trades to seamlessly get those items fixed.
Vanessa’s team was a pleasure to have around the house. They were highly professional and friendly, and their work ethic was phenomenal. Finally, there were almost no touch ups on the job and the very, very few that were needed were done instantaneously.

Vanessa and her crew are amazing. They are meticulous and professional in their work. At the end of the day they clean up as best as possible. Vanessa repainted the outside of my house this time.. From a darker color to lighter color.
Everything, including doors, windows, had to be painted. She has carpenters that do a wonderful job replacing rotted wood etc. Vanessa has done painting inside my house also and the work is of the highest quality.

Vanessa and her crew did an outstanding job painting the exterior of my house, my deck and also fixing up some rotted wood spots on the deck and shed in the back. They took an outdated color on the house and truly refreshed it to be more modern.
Vanessa was beyond patient and helpful while picking colors since the swatches I had carefully chosen just looked all wrong when put in a larger space in the upper part of the house. Her suggestions for the color were excellent and I’m beyond happy. We highly recommend Femmy by Design!
